WEEK THREE: 52 Days of United Prayer to Build God's Wall for You!
[Or, "How to be sure to take advantage of the new move of God"]

What: Praying in tongues for 30-60 minutes a day (you decide the time segments) to allow the Holy Spirit to build up walls in your life and ministry so that the new moves of God will not be thwarted but will truly accelerate!
Time Frame: 52 Days - June 25- August 16; or just take 52 days from today.
Acceleration: Nehemiah was able to rebuild the walls in an astounding 52 days. As we pray, we can likewise expect acceleration. Long-standing issues that have been hidden will be exposed so God can deal with them.

Praying In Tongues Releases Revelation
One of the great results of praying in tongues is the release of revelation: to us, to our spirit, and then to our understanding. I feel this is why Paul says we can ask for interpretation (1 Cor 14:13). Really, we are speaking mysteries to God (14:2). If we ask, then God begins to release revelation. I am not saying He always lets us know what we were praying, but clearly He begins to reveal and show things. Often after praying in tongues, root issues begin to be exposed, strategies revealed and so on.

Example 1 - Exposing Root Causes
Last Sunday in Taiwan I had taught about praying fervently in tongues. The people were charismatic and eagerly received the teaching. I felt we were to pray “hard” for 5 minutes. We did so. Strangely though, the atmosphere got heavier and heavier, stiffer and stiffer. I was surprised. Why? The Holy Spirit instantly showed me that many years earlier that church had suffered division and argument over the baptism of the Holy Spirit and tongues. It seemed that attitudes and judgments were made that had not been fully dealt with. When I shared what I sensed, the people agreed. I led them in confession and repentance. We then experienced great breakthrough. Through praying in tongues, the Holy Spirit was able to spotlight and identify a root blockage in that church!

Example 2 - Strategy For Victory
This story happened 10 years ago. We had moved into our newly built AP training center in the spring of 2000. (I will tell the whole story in next week’s update). God had us given many miracles; I was faced with securing finances for the final million dollars. During a meeting of prophetic businessmen, we held an activation. I told them to choose a pressing problem, pray in tongues for 10 minutes, and then write down the action they felt the Lord was giving them to do. I chose the problem of how to raise $1,000,000. After just a few minutes praying I clearly heard the Lord say to take an offering to raise $10,000 and give it as a seed offering to Bishop Hamon. I knew we could expect 100-fold return (100 times $10,000 = 1 million). We did that, and sure enough, the Lord has enabled us to make our payments all these years.

Example 3 – You Will Miss The Revelation Unless You Are Praying In Faith
Even praying in tongues must be done in faith. This is especially true if you need wisdom/revelation (see James 1:6). Praying in faith means that you know that God is hearing you and is immediately moving in your situation (Faith is now, after all!) The other day I was praying (in tongues) over a very complicated situation. Immediately afterwards though, it seemed the situation was worse. I had to force myself to keep my mind on the truth that God was hearing and was moving. Sure enough, in a few minutes the Holy Spirit showed me a root cause in that issue. Interestingly, if the situation hadn’t first “worsened,” then I would not have been able to see it. So, yes, faith speeds up the revelation!
