2010 Apostolic Prophetic Center Fund
Bishop Hamon assisted us in taking a special pledge offering to complete paying off the AP center. He said the Lord wants us to enter the new season without any debts from the old. Roughly $65,000 was pledged, reducing the amount needed by Dec. 31 to only $135,000. For those who feel led to help, please contact us. Please read the story of the AP Center below.
Japan and the Apostolic-Prophetic Center (AP Center) – 10 years ago we built the AP Center and have been using it ever since. However, I feel that now we are finally entering into the fullness of God’s intended purpose for the building. It’s much more than a church; it’s also a center that opens the heavens for the whole nation. I believe it is also to be a model of apostolic evangelism for nation’s transformation.
The whole process was such a miracle that I thought I should include the whole story...

Miracle 1 – Finding the Land
In 1998, Apostle Leon Walters released the prophetic decree that God wanted an apostolic training center in Sano for Japan. It was a divine decree expressing the heart of God for this nation. We were astounded. Two months later, Bishop Hamon prophesied to me that we would find land and that God was giving us a three-month window to secure it. Within a week of getting back to Japan, we found 780 tsubo (2,578.68 square meters, or 27,752.4 square feet) of land – our 1st miracle.
Miracle 2 – Buying the Land
We only had 3000 man (1998, approx. $229,000) of the necessary 8000 man (1998, approx. $611,000), but the prophesy from Bishop Hamon said, “Like Joshua, put your foot on the water...” So, we put down a deposit. Unbeknownst to us, banks had stopped lending out for land. On the day before the deadline of losing our deposit, a 1000 man (approx. $76,000) offering came in and on the deadline day, an acquaintance miraculously offered a loan of 4000 man (approx. $305,000).
Miracle 3 – Groundbreaking
A year passed, and Bishop Bill Hamon had visited us. I asked him to prophetically discern when we could begin building. After a minute, he said, “begin in September.” I was shocked! That was two months away and we were still paying off the land. We declared the vision for the AP Center, and money began to come in from all over Japan and other nations.
We held the groundbreaking September 5th, 1999, with a member of parliament. Every person took a turn on the shovel and shouted “Grace, grace, grace” – including the parliament member. By this time, 3500 man (approx. $307,000) had come in.
Miracle 4 – Building Commences
The projected cost for building was 15,000 man (approx. $1,316,000). Since we only had 3500 man (approx. $307,000), I felt that we were stuck. The builder came to me and said, “Give me that amount now, and we will begin construction. Pay me another 3500 man by the end of February, and the remaining 50% after you move in.” I told him that was very generous but that I couldn’t guarantee another 3500 man by the end of February. The non-Christian contractor looked at me and said, “Where is your faith?”
Miracle 5 – God is Faithful...
People prayed and sacrificed, but by February 27, we only had 1500 man (approx. $140,000), and were short by 2000 man (approx. $187,000). However, I had peace about the situation.
All day the phone rang with people giving. Another large private loan came in. By 6 p.m. we had reached the amount!
Miracle 6 – Moving In, Seed Offering for CI
We moved in and held our first service on Easter of 2000. Later, when praying about how to handle the final portion, which by now totaled 10,000 man (approx. $925,000), the Lord showed me to raise $10,000 (roughly 100 man) for CI in America – Which was 1/100th of what we needed. We sent CI that offering!
I knew that God would miraculously supply the rest. He has been faithful. For the past ten years we have made monthly payments and the debt has drastically been reduced.
Miracle 7 – Seven Means “Completion”
Currently, we only need 2000 man (approx. $227,000) to entirely pay off the debt! I believe the Lord has spoken that this will be completed by 2010. If God moves you to help us, please let us know. A sample pledge form is included below.
